British Functional Fitness Federation News

The Sevan Podcast invited Hannah Mittoo, BF3 Operations Director and Scott McGarry, BF3 Members Director (Northern Ireland) to talk about Functional Fitness and its bright future.

Their mission is to create a sustainable, professional framework for athletes, coaches, and gym owners, while seeking official recognition from Sport England to secure public funding.
