iF3 European Championship Workouts
The International Functional Fitness Federation (iF3) has officially released the workout announcements for the European Championships, outlining a rigorous test battery designed to challenge athletes across every domain of physical performance. Structured to evaluate endurance, strength, power, speed, skill, and work capacity, these tests push competitors to demonstrate complete athletic versatility under strict time constraints and strict movement standards. Whether tackling intense cyclical bodyweight conditioning, precision gymnastics under fatigue, or high-volume barbell complexes, athletes are required to balance strategic pacing with explosive output to earn their place on the European podium.

Things to to in Bath and the surrounding area
Famous for its thermal wonders and as the onetime home of Jane Austen, the historic city of Bath is a fascinating destination. You could attempt to evoke its elegant past with a bath-side reading of Pride and Prejudice, but with so much on offer here (likely surpassing even your own tub—we assume!), that experience will palely in comparison to the real thing. To visit Bath is to step into an enormous open-air museum, its landscape studded with nearly 5,000 architecturally remarkable buildings. After your tour, relax in the nourishing waters of the Thermae Bath Spa—an activity once beloved by the Celts and Romans.
